Bonnie Ricci's Art and Bio
Bonnie Ricci, a Chicago native, received private art instruction during high school. She continued her studies at community college and through workshops. After marrying, Ricci moved to Minnesota where she studied at Minnetonka Center for the Arts for 10 years, taking classes in several mediums. Now, a resident of Hot Springs Village, Ricci devotes much of her time to art. Her subjects range from photorealistic florals to adventurous abstracts. Recently, Ricci began “painting” with polymer clay. Her clay pieces are vibrant and colorful. Also being a jewelry designer, she utilizes metal vintage zippers, antique costume jewelry and polymer clay in her designs. Ricci is an active member of Brush Strokes Fine Arts Club in Hot Springs Village and presently serves as Member at Large for Artists’ Workshop Gallery. She is also a member of Ouachita Mountain Polymer Clay Guild.
